We’re Anna and Niclas. We found our little farm back in 2012 and planted the first thousand vines in 2013. Today, we have 8,000 Solaris vines which produce green aromatic grapes that thrive at this latitude. Our ambition is to make world-class sparkling wine. We work according to the Méthode Traditionelle, where the wine is fermented and stored for a second time in the bottle.
Living in harmony with nature and contributing to increased biodiversity and good soil health is something we feel very strongly about. We therefore work according to a regenerative philosophy and have signed up to the Porto Protocol, where we along with hundreds of other winegrowers have committed ourselves to working actively towards sustainable wine production.
